Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or account activation, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. if the mining profits did not meet your expectations as stated on the website or other account issues you can raise a dispute and have HodlHash investigate the matter, but if you simply change your mind after few days usage or you do not have sufficient expertise to use the mining, Your purchase cannot be returned due to HodlHash purchase protection compliance laws. To be eligible for a return, If an mining contains a security vulnerability/flaws and can't easily be fixed by the support you are entitled to a refund of the purchase 100%. If the issue can be fixed, then the live support should do so promptly by updating your account. If the mining contains a security vulnerability/flaws that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are entitled to a refund of that packages purchased.

To complete your refund, we require a invoice ID or proof of purchase.


Once your refund entery is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. your account will be suspended on approval of your refund and will be deleted completely from our server after 7 days once your refund has been confirmed released.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment wallet provided or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your crypto/bank account again. If you paid with credit card contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
